Become a real estate investor in 8 easy steps
From creating an account to your first investment. On this page we explain step by step how to invest in an immotoken for the first time.
Step 1: Registration
To access the property details, we ask you to register without obligation. You can register via the button 'Register' at the top right. After registration you will receive a confirmation e-mail. It can take up to 3 minutes before you receive the mail. If you do not receive it, please send a message to info@immotokens.be.
Step 2: Upload an identification document
To purchase an immotoken, you must identify yourself. This can be done simply by sending a photo or a copy of your identity card. We use this information to verify your eligibility to purchase real estate tokens.
Step 3: Choose a property(s) to invest in
Via the button 'invest', you get an overview of our available properties. You can compare on type of real estate, return, lease contracts, location... We make sure that all the offered properties are of high quality, but you make the final choice.
Step 4: Read the documentation carefully
We draw up an information memorandum for each property. Read it carefully, so you can invest with peace of mind. Further on in the process come the general and legal terms and conditions. This documentation is about the property itself.
Step 5: Choose an investment amount
You are free to choose how much you invest with a minimum of €50. There is no maximum amount.
Step 6: Read & accept the conditions
Please read the general terms and conditions of issue, the registration agreement and the information memorandum. You can also read the most frequently asked questions in our FAQ.
Step 7: Pay safely by bank transfer
You can safely purchase your real estate tokens via your own bank. With the payment you mention your unique purchase number so we can put the real estate tokens in your name.
Step 8: Success!
If all went well, you are now the proud owner of your new investment portfolio. You can find your investments under 'My portfolio'.
- Under 'Documentation' you will find a monthly update for each investment.
- Each month you receive your share of the rental income.
- You will also receive important communication about the investment by e-mail.
